Services are limited to the scope agreed in writing. Where a project uses hosting, cloud platforms, software or other third-party providers, their availability and separate terms may also apply.

Delivery and changes

Delivery dates or estimates are confirmed as part of the agreed project scope. Changes to requirements, dependencies, access or third-party availability may require a revised schedule or scope.

Availability and support

Any uptime target, support response time, maintenance commitment or service level applies only when expressly included in the written project agreement. No additional service level is created by this website.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

This website does not process payments. Any payment schedule, deposit, cancellation right, refund, credit or related commercial term applies only when it is expressly stated in a separate written agreement or invoice.

Acceptable use

Website visitors must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation of the site, submit unlawful or abusive material, or misuse the enquiry channel.
